I brought my motorcycle seat and tour pack backrest to Stitch On Time because I wanted the new backrest to match my existing custom seat. Brian was confident he could do the job and even suggested reupholstering everything so it would all look fresh and match perfectly. My existing seat was custom made in real leather and had cost me over $1,500 just two years earlier. When I picked everything up, I was shocked to find that he had used vinyl instead of leather. He told me that was “the best he could do.” On top of that, none of the stitching patterns matched my original seat, even though I specifically asked for it to be duplicated as closely as possible. The vinyl was also loose and saggy, making the finished product look cheap and poorly made. When I brought my concerns to Brian, he refused to redo the work in leather, saying it was too much for him to do. Instead of standing behind his work or offering a reasonable solution, he told me it was my problem and that I needed to deal with it. I brought my husband’s Harley seat in for what was supposed to be a professional refresh, but the finished product was extremely disappointing. The quality of the workmanship looks amateur. The stitching doesn’t line up, the seams are crooked, the original double stitching was removed and not replicated, and the stitch lines are far from straight. The foam is uneven, causing the seat to sit crooked, and the overall appearance looks nothing like the original seat. To make matters worse, our original Harley seat was genuine leather, but the material used to recover it does not appear to be real leather. We expected the seat to be restored while maintaining the original quality and design, not replaced with lower-quality materials and poor craftsmanship. Unfortunately, we paid for professional upholstery work and received a product that looks worse than when we brought it in. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Had my 2008 Ultra Classic Electra Glide 105th Year Anniversary seat reupholstered their and couldn’t be happier. Brian and his crew are amazing and the turnaround was unbelievable. Thank you guys for all you do.

This is my 3rd seat that Brian has done over the last decade for me. His work is absolutely the best. His communication through the build is the best too. Thanks stich on time

Loved my experience here at Stitch on Time. Ryan is very thorough, perfectionist and very experienced. He charged me very reasonable and made me feel very welcomed. He is very passionate in what he does and driven to give the best possible outcome for the customer. Rarely you get to meet a person like him. They do a lot of amazing work, you will see when you get inside the shop. Do try this place for your custom seat and cover needs. I got in and got out in couple hours. He was so nice to accommodate my request and get it done quickly amidst his busy schedule and work load. I am definitely going back in the future for more seat customization work.
